We just purchase a condo unit in Florida and we close it today. The closing process was not as easy as we thought it would be because the property was owned by Fannie Mae. Our realtor lacks the initiative to follow up the bank, listing agent, title company and others. We also noticed that our realtor has no technology with him to check his emails in real time. The only time that he gets to us was when he checked his emails in the evening. TIME is the essence to any Realtors. Anyway, we close the property today and we are so glad!
