When I have an email notification from Victoria Secret, I always check it out specially when it contain free stuffs. I collected quiet a few VS tote bag and I use them all. 
Usually, free tote needs a purchase of $65, $d75 or more. If you plan to just get the tote only, I do not recommend it. But, if you spend for items that you use or wear, do it because free stuff is really good. Anyway, just sharing to all of you that I am happy with all the Free Tote that I got from Victoria's Secret.
