I would love to have this Weslo Cadence G40 treadmill for my birthday this week. I saw this in the store and it was so huge and heavy, that's the negative part of having this gigantic 250lb machine. This is good for cardio workout and most of the reviews rated this machine in perfect score. Most complaints are about the assembly or the machine arrived in broken pieces. Other than that, the machine works good. It has four personal training workouts designed by a certified personal trainer. You can adjust to increase the workout intensity and burn more calories.
