Halloween Party in the US has always been a big celebration. Most of the time, children are looking forward to it for candy treats, wearing their favorite costumes and go with their moms and dads for trick or treat'n in their neighborhood. Well, at Disney World, they always have something fun to offer for children and kid-at-heart alike. The Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a yearly Halloween Themed Event happens in Magic Kingdom. It usually starts at 7PM to midnight on select nights from September 10 to November 1.
When we visited Disney World on Thursday and Friday, hubby and I were caught up on the big flow of crowd for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. By 7 PM that Friday, the park will be closed and guests should purchase of an additional event admission ticket to attend the said party.
We saw the guests of all ages all dressed up in their favorite Halloween costumes. What was amazing in this event, the kids were able to collect delicious candies by trick-or-treat'n around the Magic Kingdom. That's exciting for kids!
It was raining so bad that day but I guess, the party goer's were alright. Check out the blanket of clouds above the park. That adds the awesome and eerie Not So Scary Halloween Party themed more fun. Check out their fall decors.
On this event, they have Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade plus the Disney Characters in the Haunted Mansion attraction. Favorite character in the parade is the spooky ride by the Headless Horseman. Then, they have the Happy Hallo Wishes which is the spectacular fireworks show. What's amazing in this part is when the Disney Villains go trick-or-treating in the sky! Well, the whole park in Magic Kingdom will be transformed into a happy scary but fun place for there will be a special lighting, music and Halloween effects.
This is me taking a souvenir picture for the Fall in Magic Kingdom.
The photo above was taken when we took a ride on the Transit Authority Prime Movers attraction in Tomorrowland. Hubby and I love this ride because we like to sit back and enjoy the ride overlooking some of the areas in Magic Kingdom. The race track above is the Speedway.
The photo above was taken when we were about to go out the park at past 7 PM. The park is getting ready for the parade and the clouds shows a threat for a big storm.
These crowd were heading out of the Magic Kingdom. If they were in costume, they will be heading towards the castle waiting for the parade to start.
I like the photo of the Cinderella Castle above with those dark clouds hovering on the area.
If you plan to visit Magic Kingdom and wanted to join the Halloween Party, check out the schedule in Disney site. Purchase a ticket, wear your costume and have fun trick or treating with your family. Thanks for stopping. Would you like to see the Monster's University display in Hollywood Studios?
